Vibrant, charming seaside resort on the south coast

“What is there to do in Brighton?” Well, this page is all about places to go in Brighton - are we missing something? Let us know!

Brighton is a hugely popular seaside resort and one of the most visited places in the UK. A diverse and friendly place, Brighton has much to offer to day trippers and holiday makers alike. Undoubtedly the most popular destination for visitors is the famous Brighton Pier. Much fun can be had here with it's many fairground rides and arcades. Inland don't miss the 'The Lanes,' a picturesque shopping quarter. There are some great historic sites to visit as well. The Royal Pavillion is a particular stand out attraction with it's unique cone shaped domes. If you're feeling slightly more active why not try one of the local watersport centres, or enjoy a game of beach volleyball? At night Brighton comes into it's own with an endless array of live music, theatre, comedy, hip bars and trendy clubs. There are also some excellent local seafood restaurants that you'll want to check out. All this and more makes Brighton an excellent place to have fun and relax.
